In late February, Tor Books released Hecate's Glory, the second in the series by writer/musician Karen Michalson that began with Enemy Glory. Michalson's first novel was a 2001 Prometheus Award finalist. Michalson began a book tour on January 17-19, 2003 with an appearance at Arisia in Boston.

Visions of Liberty, an anthology of science fiction about society without government, has been scheduled for publication in June 2003. The volume is edited by Marty Greenberg and Mark Tier.

Richard Hatch and Brad Linaweaver delivered Paradis, a new Battlestar Galactica novel, to Howard Zimmerman at ibooks.

DC Comics has scheduled publication of The Life Eaters. based on David Brin's short story "Thor versus Captain America."
